Kimberly Mills began training Krav Maga for her own personal safety back in 2010. Over the following decade she developed her abilities in Krav Maga, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Jean Jacques Machado. She began instructing Krav Maga in 2011 and earned the rank of 1st Dan black belt with Krav Maga Worldwide in 2019. Upon moving from the San Fernando Valley to the Treasure Valley in Idaho in 2022 she continued her training in BJJ and earned her black belt in 2024 from Sam Campanella. A love of learning and teaching led to the founding of KM Self Defense in Caldwell, Idaho in 2025. My passion is to lead others in developing the capability to live their best lives through self defense and fitness. Since then, her community has grown to serve hundreds of people through classes, online coaching, seminars, private events, and more. KM Self Defense is proud to offer the highest level of Krav Maga training available in the state of Idaho. We currently operate classes out of Studio 671 in Caldwell, ID.
